The Skinny: Located in Southampton's estate section, this eight-bedroom is privately set on 2.2 acres of "emerald lawn, majestic old trees, lily ponds [and] a heated pool." Most notably, though, is that it the property backs up to water and provides dock access to Shinnecock Bay. It was originally listed close to $10M about a year and a half ago, but has seen a pricechop or two since then. So, Curbed readers...what do you think they're asking now?
