Continuing the trend of unrealistically-priced homes in Sag Harbor is this Baypoint five-bedroom. The 3000 sq. ft. home sits on one acre and has a spit-take inducing ask of $3.5M.
It may have been "renovated and updated in the spring of this year," but there is just no possible way that this home will command this much. For the sake of argument, we're going to say the land itself is worth about $1M (we're being extremely generous here). That means they're valuing the home at more than $800/sq. ft. Which, judging by the pictures, is definitely not the case. Even if you can sit in your living room and be "memorized' (sic) by water views," it's just not worth the price.
