While we don't question the use of "beauty on the bay" in this listing's description, we can't say the same for the $8M ask. The 4000 sq. ft. house, situated on half an acre in Sag Harbor Village, seems to be confusing itself with a much larger home on a much bigger piece of property. While the home does look perfectly nice and its views of the bay must be gorgeous, they're just not enough to warrant the current price.
