This south of the highway home in Wainscott is a sight for sore eyes after yesterday's listing wore them out. Construction of the 3,500 sq. ft. pseudo-barn was completed this year and features:
"An open dining and living area with large glass windows and doors giving to the professionally designed manicured grounds [and a] sleek top-of-the-line kitchen."All of that (and a heated gunite pool) can be found on a "very private builders acre" near the beach. While we're generally biased towards modernism, it's maybe a touch too sterile right now. Nothing a little well-placed artwork couldn't fix, though.
