Engel & Völkers plans to join the likes of Devlin McNiff and Corcoran by opening a new East Hampton "property shop" come the end of January. The new office, which will give E&V over 430 locations, is set to open at 26 Montauk Highway, right before you get to the village. E&V Managing Director Jonathan Lerner tells us the shop is "now accepting inquiries from buyers, sellers and renters" and that the firm looks forward to "becoming an established part of the community."
