The Battle for Tuckahoe

For developer David Morrow, the new year really just means a new site plan for his Tuckahoe Main Street project. Dan's has some deets surrounding the plan's second iteration, which calls for a new location, right where the Enclave Inn is located. Apparently Morrow already "owns rights to purchase the Enclave property," which would allow him to tear down the inn and construct a 40,000-square-foot King Kullen, a 3,500-square-foot bank, and 15,000-square-feet of additional retail.
