The Post has word that talent manager Sandy Gallin's massive Bridgehampton estate is finally in contract. The extremely unique 14-acre property was first listed for a staggering $32 million, but eventually fell down to $19.995 million before finding a buyer. Apparently, "there’s been buzz in the Hamptons that the buyer might be Madonna," but, well, it's not. In fact, nobody really knows much about the actual buyer other than that he or she may have also purchased an additional 3.2-acre spread next door for around $3.750 million. But unless that home has a pondfront pool, hand hewn beams up the wazoo, and extremely literal wet bar decor, then we're not too interested.
