Hot off the announcement that the brokerage would open a new East Hampton office comes word that E&V agent Maz Crotty won the Hamptons and North Fork Realtor Association Rookie of the Year award. According to Dan's, Crotty was selected for a number of reasons (like "number and gross dollar value transactions closed in 2010"), which is why her office manager is more than "delighted" to have her on board.
