The Baron's Cove Inn in Sag Harbor is looking to up its game! The Sag Harbor Express reports that plans to update the facilities and eventually "remold Baron's Cove into a destination resort" are finally underway. Studio Pedrazzi Architecture + Design will help execute the renovation, which will include "a nautical theme," private outdoor space, and possibly even a new restaurant.
