The embattled 21 West Water Street development is now a little bit less embattled. According to Dan's Daily, a $30 million lawsuit, which the condominium's developer filed against Sag Harbor, was thrown out by the judge. The developer originally "accused the village of creating the new code to specifically stop them from building" the condominium. But if the judge is to be trusted, then apparently not!
