There's a light at the end of the tunnel for the faltering condominium project at 21 West Water Street in Sag Harbor. Last October, after money stopped flowing, the general contractor and several suppliers were "left with no other choice but to walk off the job." And today, the gang has about $3 million in claims against the property. Hot damn! Fortunately, development team East End Ventures is moving closer towards restructuring its loan so it can actually finish the project, and maybe even sell one of the 19 units. [Sag Harbor Online]
