The East End's premier builder, Michael Davis, has decided to list a Sagaponack property that hits close to home—mainly because he lives there. The estate in question is a $14.95 million Parsonage Pond Lane English Country residence with 2.3 acres of land, a 5,700-square-foot main house, and an 1,100-square-foot carriage house. (The original garage was converted into a media room, in case you were worried.) And since this thing's a "builder's own," you don't have to worry about shoddy construction. Not really a concern with Michael Davis, but still! Outside, a sparkling pool and some pristine landscaping finish off the offering. But while that's all great, we're far more anxious to see where Davis will head to next—and if it'll compare to fellow builder Joe Farrell's humble abode.
