A 3,400-square-foot cape-style house in Sag Harbor has closed for $3 million. The new construction, which was listed and owned by broker Robert Totora, was originally priced at $3.995 million in June of last year. Other than offering attractive landscaping, water-frontage, and a private dock, the house also comes with a bit of needless drama. According to the Sag Harbor Express, the new house "troubled neighbors, and also was questioned by zoning board of appeals." Apparently, the finished product did not look "anything like" the approved plans. [EH Star; Sag Harbor Online]
