Erosion Commotion

Not one to be outdone by its neighbors, the village of Sagaponack has decided to get its own little erosion tax district going too. A couple of oceanfront homeowners got the effort started, and think of the district as an easy way to restore the beaches. According to the Southampton Press, the "tax district would encompass 61 properties, the entirety of the oceanfront properties in the village." No homeowner left behind! [27 East]
