A partner of the hedge fund responsible for saving bankrupt securities like Six Flags, Planet Hollywood, and Barney's New York, has decided to list his 2.25-acre estate in Water Mill for $9.2 million. With 12,000 square feet of living space, the main house comes with pretty much every amenity, including an extensive gym and spa, a massive master bathroom, and an art studio. Outside, landscape designer Edmund Hollander decided to up the ante by constructing not one, but two award-winning pools. There's one exclusively for laps, and another just for recreation (we'll call that one the lazy river). It's kinda a water park outside! No wonder the owner took such an interest in Six Flags.
