The Architect's Newspaper recently pointed out that a fair amount of A-list architecture is on the market these days. "Is it a good sign or a bad one?," they ask. Not sure! But we do know it means a chance to peek around these iconic homes, including the Morris-Sato Studio-designed YN-13 house in Shelter Island. That particular house, which is listed for $4.195 million and is described as the antithesis of the "shingles-on-steroids McMansion," even opened its doors to the public a few weeks ago with a fancy open house.
