A couple of weeks ago, Calvin Klein decided that his new modernist oceanfront spread should be a little bit smaller. (Mind you, he had already torn down a 55,000,000-square-foot monstrosity to make way for the new place.) So Klein handed the plans over to Stelle Architects, who eventually acted out a version of "Honey, I shrunk the beach house." Fortunately, Klein had already received approval for the modern house's first iteration, so the amended plans sailed through the Review Board in no time at all. [SH Village Review; previously]
