Mariska Hargitay Closes on $7.34M Cottage Ave Compound

New, 2 comments

According to the Post, Law & Order detective Mariska Hargitay has upgraded her East Hampton digs from a modest cottage on Buell Lane to a circa 1890 cottage on (you guessed it!) Cottage Avenue. The Post adds that the antique property was originally listed for $8.9 million, but Hargitay and her husband, Peter Hermann, were able to knock the price down to $7.34 million. With these clues in mind, we set out to find Hargitay's new pad. Our detective work led us to a pretty convincing suspect, which was listed with Sotheby's for $8.995 million and fits the Post's description. Looks like a match! And therein concludes today's episode of Law & Order: Special Listings Unit.
