More details involving the East Hampton Farmers Market shuffle are coming forward, and they're just as absurd as the last ones. According to the EH Star, the Town Board actually denied the Market's permits back in April, but failed to tell anybody about it until now. And the logic behind the denial? "The market was an illegal expansion of the [Nick & Toni's], which should have had site plan approval from the town planning board."
