Even after revealing glossy new models, the Sag Harbor Library expansion plan remains plagued with setbacks. For starters, the Town is "unwilling to extend its sewer line down Main Street"—a key element of the project. Opposition to the sewage shakeup stems for a group of peeved neighbors, who don't want to shell out the dough to accommodate the new line. Further, optimism for an on-site treatment system is as bleak as winter. Back to the drawing board! [Sag Harbor Online]
