It's been a while since we last checked in on the Southfork Kitchen, the restaurant-child of resto-blogger Bruce Buschel. In his most recent entry, Buschel equates the restaurant's opening to a painful pregnancy. As such, he reminds himself to "keep breathing during the labor pains" (even though the Fourth came and went without the planned opening). While the endless inspections, permits, and health codes have left Buschel down, he is certainly not out: "Aug. 2 is the next and newest opening date." Until then! [You're the Boss Blog]
