New chefs, new parties! Here's a current look at the East End's restaurant scene.

Copa Wine and Tapas—Nearly a year after opening, Bridgehampton's Copa will bring in a new executive chef to switch up the menu. The new chef will transform the "formerly-Asian menu into something more traditionally Espanan." In other words, expect tapas! Highlights from the new menu include flash fried peppers and cheese, artichoke, and spinach filled empanadas. [Thrillist]

Bamboo—According to the Post, Matt Levin and Michael Gluckman (the team behind the Eldridge) plan to take over operations at Bamboo in East Hampton every Saturday night. Yup, they'll turn the place into a club. [NY Post]

Serafina—East Hampton's newest member, Serafina, would like to present its "Moms Night Out" special every Tuesday night. Moms can enjoy the full dinner menu while their kids make a mess of several flavors of ice cream—on the house! [Hamptons Online]
