Home Grown!

Katie Lee Joel sure knows her way around the Hamptons' local foods. Take this "pan-fried cornmeal-crusted fluke, spinach salad with goat cheese, and corn-on-the-cob." Everything came directly from the East End: "The fluke was caught in Montauk, the spinach raised in Water Mill, the goat cheese from a farm on the North Fork, and the corn was grown in Riverhead." Joel also recommends eating the dish "underneath the full moonlight." If you say so! [Katie Lee at Home via NBC]
