Subdivide This

The owners of the 55-acre Anderson Estate, which is North Haven's largest private parcel, recently made strides towards the property's ultimate subdivision. The most up-to-date plan allocates 50% of the land to conservation, and the remaining 21-acres to the creation of six separate lots, which must be sold in pairs. The double-lot stipulation enables future buyers to build houses on one lot and guest houses on the other. The property was originally listed for $75 million, but has since been chopped to $44.99 million. [Sag Harbor Express]
