One Man's Farmhouse Is A Richer Man's Guest House

Builder Michael Davis has revealed plans for the newest addition to the Sagaponack Greens development. And guess what? They really do call for the adaptation of a diminutive 1840s Greek revival homestead as a 2-bedroom guest house. Upgrade! The small farmhouse comes from the Hedges farm group, which originally occupied the 40-acre tract of land (and produced the infamous star of the Sagaponack house move saga). Well isn't this the classic rags-to-riches story? The once-derelict farmhouse transformed into a pampered guest house in an A-list development. Let's just hope that the lifestyle, the cars, and the transient guests don't get to its head.
