This modern Amagansett market veteran has really made an impression. It first came on our radar back in 2008 when it hit the market for $4.5 million. Then in 2009, the Cranberry Hole Road spread received our that's rather hideous treatment. And later that year, we watched its price get chopped to $3.45 million, and then again to $2.995 million. But that really doesn't cover the half of it: At some point during 2009, the house also found time to make a blink and you'll miss it cameo in "The September Issue." It took about two years, but this beach house finally has it all: fame, a buyer, and tons of Curbed coverage.
