Put a fork in it—it's almost done! Sagaponack's Love Lane Cafe, which will call the former Fairway restaurant home, is set to open up about a month from now. The restaurant's operator, Mike Avella, recently told the East Hampton Press about the space's mold problem and overall poor condition—and how its slowing down the transformation.
