We've watched resto-blogger Bruce Buschel make many a decision as he navigates his way through the Hamptons restaurant game. The name is selected, the logo finalized, and the chef? That one took a while—but now it's sorted out! In his most recent post, Buschel admitted to feeling like "the Eliot Spitzer of restaurateurs, paying an agency for the services of a pro."
