Restaurateur Joe Bastianich plays coy with the prospect of opening a pop-up restaurant in the Hamptons this summer. When questioned by NBC, Bastianich says he'd consider "a crudo pop-up tent based on" Esca, Tarry Lodge, or Mozza. Bastianich adds that he'd love a Montauk location (who wouldn't?) so he can fish during the day and serve his catch at night. [NBC]
