Nello Summertimes—The General Manager of both Nello and Nello Summertimes, Zach Erdem, is set to leave the pricey joint and head to Southampton's 75 Main. Erdem tells the Post that he looks forward to transforming the yet-to-be named Italian venture into "another staple venue to the Hamptons and worldwide." [NY Post]
La Maison—In the space once occupied by Sag Harbor's tired and defunct restaurant JLX-Bistro, newcomer La Maison promises to gloss things up a bit.
