Sagaponack 'Laundromat' Seller Revealed: Developer Scott Resnick

Back in March, we espied this new listing on the waterfront in Sagaponack, notable for gorgeous views, a twin set of glistening laundry machines, and interior decor that prompted a Curbed Hamptons commenter to opine, "The only thing missing is the NY Jets bean bag chair." Now, The Real Deal unmasks the seller: developer Scott Resnick and his wife. Seems Resnick paid $18 million for the place in 2007; given that he's asking $26.75 million for it now, we're pouring fuel on the high-end-rebound fire. Burn, baby, burn!
