Newsday quotes Town & Country's Judi Desiderio: "It's very healthy, with prices back to where they were in 2008." And CBS 880 Radio files a hard-hitting 45-second piece in which Saunders' Jane Gil notes, "People are willing to pay the $50,000 or $75,000, you know, for two months, whereas last year you had maybe 30 couples who would pay that price and they kind of double up or triple up in a house."
