EAST HAMPTON—The new tenant for the shuttered Prudential Douglas Elliman on East Hampton's Main Street? According to Hamptons Chatter, It's Chico's, the mall-friendly fashion retailer that aims more for mothers than daughters. EAST HAMPTON—Home design/clothing/accessories purveyor Masgaschoni has moved on from Main Street, too, taking up new residence just off Main at 2 Newtown Lane. [NYTimes Styles]
RIVERHEAD—At the Tanger Outlets, the Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH outpost is getting a full makeover. The store is slated to reopen May 27. [Chain Store Age]
