The biggest trade on the list? The house at 16 Windmill Lane in East Hampton, which sold for $12.5 million. The house, a flowing, 8,000-square foot shingle-style creation by the master of the ol' shingle style himself, Francis Fleetwood, originally hit the market in 2006 priced at $14.5 million, per StreetEasy.
