While most sellers worry about finding a buyer, the Rolling Stone founder isn't having any problems unloading his properties...to his ex-wfe. Jane Wenner, who recently took total control of their NYC townhouse for $4.06 million has just snatched up the mag mogul's half of their East Hampton home for $17.57 million. The 11 1/2 acre spread is surrounded by plenty of Jann's famous pals including Paul McCartney, Jerry Seinfeld, Alec Baldwin, Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker. But even with his divestiture, Jann's still got housing options out east. In October, he and boyfriend Matt Nye purchased a 1.5 acre waterfront property in Montauk for $11.975 million.
