Start-Up Chronicles

In his latest post, Times restaurant blogger Bruce Buschel revisits the New Year's to-do list to see if his actions have kept up with his ambitions. So how's he doing? Eh. Buschel begins with a boom: "An April Fool’s opening is not happening." From there, we learn that the Bridgehampton restauranteur has found his chef (almost), chosen a name, and hired exactly zero employees. But with spring comes hope, or at least the fantasy baseball draft, which Buschel dreams about so he can "totally forget about constructing a restaurant." [NYTimes]
