NOYACK - A proposed 4,000 gallon gas tank is causing quite a stir in the waterfront community around Hidden Cove Marina. After being gas-free for two decades, the Pine Neck Avenue harbor wants to install the supersized above-ground tank right on the waterfront, according to a site plan distributed to the affected locals.
