NY Times blogger Bruce Buschel shares some reader response to the name game he initiated to label his Bridgehampton fish emporium. Some comments were constructive, some confusing and some were downright discouraging: "It doesn’t matter?this place will be out of business in 8 months," said one person. But one comment, "I Like Pike," echoed our own suggestion and even got the Photoshop treatment by the Times (observe the article's graphic, right). As for Buschel's reaction to our name campaign? "It worked for President Eisenhower. Twice." Not exactly a ringing endorsement, but we like our chances.
