This Friday, designer Jamie Drake passes his technicolor dream on to new owners who are scheduled to close on the property. The 6,200 square foot house has 5-bedrooms, 6-plus baths, a 40-foot pool, and a "tree house in the woods" on 3.3 acres of lush landscaping. You want colors? Try blue, yellow, coral, chartreuse, strawberry pink, lavendar, aqua and sage green, sprinkled tastefully throughout the house. No word on whether the new owners, a NYC couple with four boys, are planning a painting party.
