In The LEED

The greenest, meanest house in Southampton was just "awarded LEED platinum certification." The award is particularly meaningful to homeowners David and Saundra Dubin, as their original home burnt down, and the environmentally friendly one shown right was built in its place. Something good out of something bad! And it's also worth noting the Dubins did not compromise on size or luxury when they built the new house: At 4,800 square feet, the house is actually one of the "largest green homes in the country."
