The Sag Harbor Express recently sat down with Della Femina executive chef Michael Rozzi to hear him talk about the Slow Food movement. In the interview, Rozzi reveals that his "connection to local food really began" with his childhood trips to the Milk Pail in Water Mill. That's quite an endorsement!
