After Selling for $14.25M, Bridge Home Scores 'Archi Award'

New, 1 comment

The contemporary beach house developer David Wine built on Dune Road has had a pretty successful run so far. To refresh your memory, it was first purchased in 2006 for $6.75 million, overhauled and re-listed in May for $14.950 million, and then sold by September for $14.250 million—all while receiving some nice coverage. But even after its sale, the beach house continues to pay dividends, this time to the architect—Bridgehampton's very own Stelle Architects. According to 27 East, Stelle Architects just "won an “Archi Award” from the American Institute of Architects Long Island Chapter." Talk about win-win situations.
