$6M Lake Montauk Marina Could Become A 'Private Club'

New, 2 comments

Courtesy of the End of the End trend comes a second way for developers to create a private yacht club, right here in Montauk. As noted earlier this year, the first way is with Salivar's, which has a $7 million price tag, six boat slips, and a lovable restaurant. But the new, second way is with the freshly-listed Inlet Marina, which sits adjacent to the Inlet Seafood Restaurant (also for sale at $15 million). The property just hit the market for $6 million, and is touted by its broker as "New York State's largest commercial dock"—it has 2 acres and nearly 30 deep-water boat slips. There's more! The listing continues that property could also "be the perfect private club complex." An intriguing, but sure-to-be-controversial move. Let's see where the tides take this "infamous" Montauk landmark.
