Fact: in East Hampton's estate section, vacant land is hard to come by. So when a 5.84-acre parcel hit the market for $6.750 million, you'd think it would've sold in seconds! Sadly, not the case. And that's probably because the parcel in question, which is located on Egypt Close Road, has some minor catches; namely, that pesky little thoroughfare called Montauk Highway, which borders the property to the north. To keep foot traffic up, the property recently chopped $1.4 million off the ask, leaving it at a more appetizing $5.4 million. Now it's really only a matter of time, right? [Corcoran]
