Real Estate Sold

The East Hampton carriage house belonging to art enthusiast Marshall Allan has sold and closed for $4.375 million. If you recall, the owners of the 1920s property pulled off a remarkable feat after relocating the property's main entrance from Montauk Highway to Georgica Road. Can you say upgrade? Turns out they also owned the property next door, so squeezing in the easement was actually mere child's play. The totally renovated home (listing: here!) was originally listed for $4.950 million earlier in the season. [EH Star; Corcoran]
