Way back in July, a 13,000-square-foot spec house near the ocean in Bridgehampton entered into contract. The spread's price fluctuated quite a bit, peaking at $15.95 million and bottoming out at $12.995 million. So guessing the purchase price was a tall order. Fortunately, Deeds are finally recorded, and indicate that the closing price landed at just over $11 million. Definitely not $15.95 million, but still more than the $4.7 million the builder paid for the undeveloped parcel back in '08. [Corcoran]
