Tony East End builder Joe Farrell, who's pretty much responsible for half the new construction between Southampton and Sagaponack, is making the trek out to East Hampton! Further Lane to be exact. In addition to six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the home will also afford its new owners a front-row seat to the ever-controversial battle between former Yahoo CEO Terry Semel and his hedge-funding neighbors Peter and Jonathon Sobel. Jealous! Other perks include mature landscaping (the new home will replace a smaller, older cottage) and one of those jazzy-Joe-Farrell finished lower levels. And all for only $7.950 million.
