Southfork Kitchen finally opened last weekend, which leads us to the next stage of this restaurant's journey: reviews! And here's a mixed first one: "Waited almost a half hour to get bread and butter on our table. We had almost finished a bottle of wine by the time the bread basket came out. 2 hours and change into it and we had only been served an amuse bouche. I will say that my wife loved the food she got (3 oysters and the pork belly), and I liked mine enough (scallop ceviche with sea urchin), just not enough to go back. Oddly enough, the table next to us was commenting to our waiter how good the service was for an opening. ... No opening goes off without some hitch. Too bad I was the hitch, I guess."
