In more celebrity housing news, Sex and the City star Cynthia Nixon and fiancee Christine Marinoni, have added a $1.7 million vintage Montauk cottage to their Hamptons holdings, according to Real LI. The two-story waterfront house has 1,400 square feet, three bedrooms and two baths on .85 of an acre. The soon-to-be-married couple already own a condo out east, which they're holding on to until things look greener in the market. Evidently, Sex still has appeal because Nixon really "hit it off" with the sellers, resulting in a "sweet deal."
