In a reported $7 million deal, Sachs is driving off with a car showroom, a house and two car dealerships -- minus the cars. Due to current BMW of the Hamptons owner Michael Caruso's tax and credit problems, a new vehicle hasn't been delivered to the lot since August. Enter Sobel to the rescue. But will his bailout be too late to keep the X5-hungry crowd happy this summer?
